From direction Parthenay
Take the D938 in the direction of Thouars/Saumur. Take the second exit market Airvault/Boussais (NOT the first marked Airvault/St.Loup). You are now on the D725. Turn left and follow the road for 1.5km. Go through the tiny village of Boussais and 600m down the D725, at the 2nd cross roads turn right and first left, before the Pont de Chatillon. If you go over the bridge you have gone too far and you need to turn back.
From direction Thouars
Take the D938 in the direction of Niort. Stay on this till you see a turning for Glenay. Take the next turning marked Airvault/Boussais. Turn right onto the D725 and continue for 1.5km. Go through the tiny village of Boussais and 600m down the D725, at the 2nd cross roads turn right and first left, before the Pont de Chatillon. If you go over the bridge you have gone too far and you need to turn back.
From direction Bressuire
Follow the sign for Parthenay/Poitiers out of Bressuire on the N149. Stay on the N149 going straight across all roundabouts till you come to the main roundaboutout in the country. Take the second exit marked Fayre L'Abbesse D725. Ignore the 'route barre' sign and get to the road works. Following 'deviation' turn left past the Pizzaria and take the right turn where there is a big cross. This will bring you back onto the D725. Turn left and continue on the D725 for 6km. When you see the sign for the river 'Thouaret' go over the bridge and first left and first left again.
From Airvault
Follow signs for Bressuire on the D725. Stay on this till you pass the tiny village of Boussais. At the 2nd cross roads turn right and first left, before the Pont de Chatillon. If you go over the bridge you have gone too far and you need to turn back.
