Booking Conditions
All bookings confirmed by the owners will be invoiced in advance. The reservation is effective once the payment transfer has been received.
In case of cancellation up to 20 days before the arrival date, a full refund will be made upon providing your bank details.
In case of cancellation less than 20 days before the arrival date, only half of the amount will be refunded.
A temporary home insurance will be required at the time of booking. Your standard home insurance policy typically includes a holiday rental guarantee.
Minimum stay is two nights.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM.

Is the mill accessible for people with reduced mobility?
The bedrooms are located upstairs and only accessible by stairs. The ground floor (living room, kitchen, terrace, pool) is fully accessible.
